The invasion started on December 2nd, 2031. It started in a hospital in Oregon. Everyone evacuated their homes in panic, only some survived the first wave of infected. It quickly spread across the US, currently invading Canada and Mexico.Soon after, the government started a group called the Fedra, the authorities in this abandoned world. The had quarantine zones that kept people in, and quarantine out. Schools, hospitals, and other necessities were located in these quarantines.
Runners - 1st Stage of the Cordecyps Brain Infection.
These are people who have recently turned into infected after contact with the Cordyceps brain infection.

Stalkers - 2nd Stage of the Cordecyps Brain Infection.
Stalkers have the vision and speed of runners, with the ferocity of clickers. They stalk their victims, fittingly to their names.

These infected cannot see, but they use echolocation to locate their victims.
